Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the required notice period outlined in the booking policy (within 24 hours). Deposits are non-refundable.

Yes, you are allowed to reschedule up to 2 times. After which you must rebook and your deposit for that appointment will not be refunded. Reschedules are permitted up to 24 hours before you're appointment. This is subject to availability and your previous deposit will be transferred to said new appointment.

Accessories are welcome. If the stylist needs to purchase them, the cost of the accessories will be added to your final service total. The add-on covers the purchase and or the installation of accessories during your service.
